
Book Your Appointment
By booking an appointment with AFRA Bèl Beauty Bar, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Appointment Booking:
Advance Bookings: All services must be booked in advance through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or in-person at the salon.
Booking Confirmation: Once your appointment is successfully booked, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with the details of your appointment. Please ensure that your contact information is correct when booking.
Last-Minute Bookings: Last-minute bookings (less than 24 hours before the service) may be subject to availability.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
24-Hour Notice Policy: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled service time. No cancellation fee will be applied if done within this period.
Late Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours): If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged 50% of the service fee.
No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without providing notice, you will be charged the full amount of the service. If no-shows occur multiple times, we may refuse future bookings.
3. Late Arrivals:
Grace Period: We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive later than this, we may need to reschedule your appointment or adjust the service time, depending on availability. In such cases, the full cost of the booked service will still apply.
Rescheduling Due to Lateness: If we need to reschedule your appointment due to late arrival beyond the grace period, you will be charged 50% of the service fee for the missed appointment.
4. Payments:
Payment Methods: We accept payment via cash, EFT, and card payments at the salon.
Full Payment: Payment is required in full upon completion of the service.
Price Adjustments: Please note that our prices are subject to change without prior notice. The service price will be confirmed during the booking process.
5. Service Satisfaction:
Customer Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any concerns regarding the service you received, please inform us immediately. We will do our best to address the issue.
No Refunds for Completed Services: Once a service has been completed, no refunds will be issued. We encourage open communication during the appointment to ensure you are satisfied with the service provided.
6. Health & Safety:
Hygiene Protocols: We maintain strict hygiene protocols in our salon. All tools and equipment are sterilized before and after each use. We kindly request that clients follow these guidelines while in the salon.
Illness: If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you reschedule your appointment to protect the health of our staff and other clients. There will be no penalties for rescheduling due to illness with advance notice.
